Deceased, in order of disappearance:
1-Q - Lane
BCA - Lane
Bosun Cut Plug - GH
Golden Sliced - Orlik
Trail Head - Cascadia

We lost Trail Head today. It made me feel the way you do when someone tells you about a classmate you don't remember from high school passing away. "That's too bad," you might say. "I never really knew the guy, but still..."

Then the other person's like, what do you mean you didn't know Gary? You sat right behind him in home room and you two did that project together in science class.

"I'm pretty sure you're wrong there," you fire back. "I'm pretty sure I'd remember that."

But then he recounts the details and dammit, surely enough, you begin to remember. Problem is... you never really liked Gary very much and that probably accounts for why you forgot him. But say that aloud and you're a dick.

Temporary Rule Change:

We're approaching New Years Day and in this game, we've got several blends within striking distance of 20 points. It's time we change it up and see what happens.

On your next vote and your next vote only, each user may choose to forego his or her regular vote (+1 and -1) in exchange for one of the following. You may boost a single blend by 2 hit points. Or, you can attack a single blend for 3 hit points.

+2
---
OR
---
-3

Note: To keep things simple, if you're attacking a blend with 2 or fewer hit points, then no, you do not get to deploy the additional point onto another blend. This way, if votes are nearly simultaneous, there's no splitting hairs as to whether a blend died or not. Also, once New Years passes, if you didn't use the temp vote, it still goes away.

What is here or there, however, is George Foreman in the form of Cringle Flake. Fueled by consistent votes from @sablebrush52 with intermittent assists from others
Why would this be a surprise? I proposed Cringle Flake for my recommendation so why would I not continue to support it? If it goes down in flames I'll see if there's another blend that I can support or walk away.
