Beginning at the last read message?

Is there a way to open a thread by default at the last read message? I get tired of trans-versing the 32 message entries I read yesterday to find the new entry. I cannot find a default setting in the options for the account settings.

Click on the time marker of the last post for the thread you want to view on the far right. It will open the thread at the last post.

When the page loads, hit "end". Takes you to the end of the posts and backtrack from there
