Gents, I acquired a lot of pipes that contained (among many other things) three pipes with automobile-ish associated monikers... Ford, Volvo, and Mobil Oil. I hazard a guess that these pipes were promotional items for some auto show or another exhibition pre-1970s. The pipe below is a fairly traditional looking billiard, with a slight flattening of the bottom. It is stamped on the bottom "FORD" and to the right of FORD... "107". It looks like a Dunhill to me, but the only Dunhill shape I found associated with "107" was an apple shape, not a billiard. Anyway, here are the before and afters:

Wow, What a transformation. An Especially nice job on the stem. I’m sure that took a while to remove the oxidation. Very striking pipe indeed!
