Been in a big baking campaign as of late. Think I might look into it as a second career when I retire in 10 years. That gives me time to up my game.

Those cookies and bagels look delicious. Do you have your own sourdough starter? I have one and every time I pull from it to make bread, I put little extra in there to make sourdough pretzels.
In my kitchen. I started baking bread 8 years ago. I’ve always cooked from scratch, my grandmother taught me, and I wanted to challenge myself, so started baking.
Oh, my those pretzels look fantastic! And, sorry, my query on where should have been closer to the OP's post- wondering where he lived.
Baking is fun. I want to try making bagels, I like the idear of boiling dough.
Thanks for the kind words. I’m in Central FL. I do have my own starter. Took a minute to get it going but now it’s a beast.
That’s the best when you start tasting that growth over time, I guess that what aged tobacco is like.
You look ready for prime time baking to me. I'm not a baker but have learned a lot from my wife who grew up a farm girl assisting her grandma in feeding the family and farm workers, and spent her career doing many news beats and finally food writing. She's a fine baker. I've learned that yeast is a living presence, like a resident ghost who must be treated with consideration and reverence. Not that everything has yeast. Those are beautiful baked goods you've done. Maybe you can have a side hustle doing that beautiful bread, etc. If you were local, I'd sure ante up for a loaf or two and repeat business.
