Our featured interview on tonight's Pipes Magazine Radio Show is with Beau York. Beau is the former co-host of the now ended pipes and tobacco based podcast, Country Squire. We’ll talk about his early days of getting into pipe smoking and meeting his former podcast co-host Jon David Cole when he was an employee at the store and not the owner. You’ll hear how pipe smoking is different for him now that it is not part of his job to talk about it each week along with some of his favorite memories from the show. Beau will also tell us about his new project – Midnight High Immersive Theater. At the top of the show Brian will talk about a bitter pipe that he has.

The show airs every Tuesday at 8:00pm eastern US time, and can be found at PipesMagazine.com and all podcast apps.

Happy wedding anniversary! That means another pipe for the collection to commemorate it right?

It was nice to hear from Bae Yonk… Bear Yunk… oh right Beau York. Many good memories of finishing dinner quickly so I could have a bowl and Tweet in during the live show. I was learning the hobby as the show was going on, so Jon David is one of my pipe mentors and it was fun to share the learning journey with Beau through the show. Thanks for everything Beau. Continue to father the flame.

Great to hear from Beau and that he’s keeping busy creating new things.

Hard to believe it’s been 3 years since the Squire podcast bid farewell.

The Pipes Magazine Radio Show and the Country Squire Radio are still the two best shows to grace our hobby. Thanks to all of you who are or were involved.

Great listen, as always. I enjoyed the interview with Beau. Though I came to this hobby at the very tail end of The Country Squire's Podcast, it gave me more reason to dig in the archives.

The story of your sour pipe and tips on wet coffee grounds and how to burn through a ghosting gave me a little more confidence in buying estates. Thanks for sharing.

Hope you enjoyed the cruise and fingers crossed we'll run into eachother when I'm in Orlando soon.
