Does anyone have any information on this pipe, like the country of origin or who it is manufactured by? I am restoring it for a gentleman, and it was his father's. His father inscribed his initials and 1960 around the logo that reads "Barnacle",

Saint-Calude had so many pipe makers that there are hundreds if not thousands of unsmoked pipes remaining from the boom time. Some of them are tourist pipes in really low grades that were really never intended to smoke (of course you can). If you went on vacation to Saint-Claude you typically broght back a pipe as a keepsake.

That is true and I still have it.
