Have you tried using doubled up pipe cleaners? I woud think that would do about the same thing and cheaper...So now that I have been using the Savinelli balsa filters regularly, I have been re using them. I let them dry, and the next day they are good to go again.
They do ghost a bit but I read you can boil the gunk out in water and reuse them after drying. I just got some of these balsa ones myself and I'd give it a shot when they're done... if there's anything left of it.Can filters be ghosted?
