That happened to me this time. Ordered 8 oz or Dunbar and I got a message today saying they couldn't fill. Then I called and asked about Germain and they said they had medium flake, special Latakia and King Charles mixture so I said I'd like those instead since I've never tried them. She said ok and shell vlal if there's a problem. No call but I haven't seen an invoice yet. Meanwhile I watched all three products go for sale online. I'm gonna be really disappointed if they didn't fill my order again. Their systems aren't meant of simultaneous orders

P&C will do the same... send you and email apologizing that your hard-to-find tobacco order is in fact not in stock, and is cancelled. Always a bit of a bummer.

Yes. That's definitely happened with me at p&c also. I would have rather had another 8 oz of Dunbar to cellar but I'm happy that I get to try special Latakia flake, King Charles mixture, and medium flake. All blends I've been eager to try. I have some plum cake aging in a jar that I forget the date on. Think I'm going to pop it soon. Never tasted it but it smells delicious lol.

Whiteknight just has a sweetness I don't care for. Just doesn't feel right for a Balkan/English blend.

So I smoked 2 bowls of Sobranie and WhiteKnight. The Sobranie is not very complexed and WhiteKnight has a sweetness to it. Not going to order anymore Sobranie or WhiteKnight. For me I prefer a more flavorful blend..Father Dempsey, Artisan's Blend, etc then the above. So I have signed up for Secret Santa and 2 Tins of Sobranie will be sent out.

I appreciate Balkan Sobranie for what it is. There are others I enjoy more as well. I do love a high flavor smoke like you described but recently I've gravitated towards more medium strength smokes.
