Balkan Sasieni is one of my favorite Latakia blends.

Favorite of mine also. Always keep three or four tins on hand. Delicious blend at a reasonable price. Not to be compared to Balkan Supreme. The Sasieni is taste superior.

A very good blend indeed. I tried some at the pipe club meeting last week. I just received a tin in an order but I have so many open tobaccos that I won't be able to get to it for a while.

I recently tried a tin of Balkan Sasieni. At the time I was smoking G.L. Pease Abingdon. I was very disappointed with the Balkan Sasieni since I love Latakia and the Balkan Sasieni did not compare favorably to the Abingdon.

I tried the Balkan Sasieni a couple months ago. At that time I didn't care for it. I put the tin away for a while and tried it again today. Maybe it was me or something, but I found it very good. I smoked it almost all day along with some Boswell's, Dan's Blend. Both were excellent together. Nice and relaxing smoke.

Great review...Balkan Sasieni has been my favorite Balkan/English blend for several months now. Workin' on a large tin of Billy Budd at the moment (which I'd say is my current 2nd fav) but very much looking forward to cracking open another tin of the Sasieni soon.

It is a good one, very light in flavour though. For $7 a tin its a bargain.

I am in this process now. Did not like the first two bowls at all. On the recommendation of another poster here, I have shuffled it to the back of the cellar for the next few months. Hopefully I'll have a better experience on the revisit.
