This evening I finished reading a good article on my phone and my wife wanted to read it so I handed her my phone. As she was reading I heard my phone ding and she told me I had a text message. I couldn’t see it but this is what the text message said.
“Are you on Singleactions.com?”
So, my wife wants to know why is someone asking if you are on the Singles Action site. She seemed a bit agitated.
Wait! What? Is this a dating site? How am I going to talk my way out of this one?
She hands me the phone and I opened the text and to my relief it opened a string of back and forth texts I had going with a gunsmith but hadn’t heard from in a while. He wanted to know if I posted something on the single action revolver forum. I’m not a member so it wasn’t me. I showed my wife and we both busted up laughing. She said she should have known better than me getting any action with singles.
Well anyway, all is good. My 39 year marriage should make it to 40 years, and the gunsmith is going to do some work for me.
I told the gunsmith about the brief misunderstanding and we had a good laugh.
