Bad MM corn cob

I just got a new MM corn cob and it has a bad shaft(im gussing thats not the proper term) I was trying to pack it but kept pulling alot of air I thought it was just I dont know crap but as a test I put my thumb over the bowl and drew and still straight air our they good about replacing things or can I fix it my self

It does not matter to me how much something cost if you have the gold standard of corncobs I expect something that will smoke. But anyhow they fixed it sent me out a new pipe ASAP great coustmer service I will keep my money heading there way

Large fan of M/M.... elmers worked great on mine. So, if your ever in a pinch, you'll be A-OK
