I was in a sling earlier this year, and I too was forced to use my left hand which was broken along with my right clavicle.

Very best wishes. I was just in a sling to. I found that i could only smoke my bent churchwarden. Maybe give that a try if you have one. It really helped me.

Had the same surgery myself on right shoulder as well. After a few months it felt better than new.
