Authenticity Check: Gasparini “Briar 1912” Pipe?

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a pipe from an online seller who had a collection of unsmoked vintage pipes from the Italian factory Gasparini. The pipe I bought is a pot-shaped English style briar stamped "Briar 1912, M.G.M, 480" which caught my attention and led me to buy it immediately for US$200.

It's an incredibly light pipe—only about 30 grams—and smokes very cool. I’m wondering if anyone here can help confirm whether this is an authentic Gasparini pipe.
