If you haven’t tried HU Louisiana Broken, your life is incomplete.

Did a side by side this afternoon with coffee. Very similar blend, amazingly good. That is all.

My below research, which as you can see was conducted in a very professional manner, suggests that a 50/50 blend is approved for a controlled trial in further testing:

HU Louisiana Broken and Old Gowrie aware both excellent. I can see the resemblance but I found LB to be much spicier and the Va in OG really shines through and dominates.

The VA in OG definitely plays a more prominent role, and I like the VA influence better in OG. That being said, I like the HU blend characteristics better as a whole.

They're both excellent, would have a difficult time choosing one over the other. OG has some Kentucky in it which seems to compliment this blend nicely.

Old Fredders is another HU VaPer worth trying. I find it more similar to OG as the Perique is sweeter than spicy.
