Art Pipe Bruxelles

Hello everyone,

My name is Geert Van de Moortel and I live in Belgium. I'm a pipe smoker and collector. I have about 800 pipes, and can not miss one...
In my collection I have recently some briar pipes with the engraving “Art Pipe Bruxelles”. This are clearly a high-quality pipes (classic shape, nice grain and finish), but I can’t find any information about this brand or maker. ... and google can't help me.
Has anyone ever heard of “Art Pipe Bruxelles”? Could it have been a small artisan brand or perhaps a store label from an old Brussels tobacconist?
Any help would be greatly appreciated — thanks in advance!

One additional possibility just to muddy the waters. People can have custom Commemorative pipes made. One common type was a graduation pipe. The college and year stamped on the pipe. This could be a similar thing. Not saying it's even likely, just a possibility.
