I'm assuming this pipe is straight. Many bent pipes don't pass pipe cleaners; I love it when they do, consider it an important quality point, but I don't expect wire to make a U-turn through every bent pipe, and the ones that don't pass a pipe cleaner do just fine, clean up well, remain with airways open. I don't see many/any bent pipes with bamboo shanks.

Roman Kovalev (Doctors Pipes) does many bent bamboos.
Don't see many others though.

@Chasing Embers has a matching pair of morta and briar with bent bamboo stems
But @mso489 you're quite right. They are not very common
