Matey, I have seen much worse, if you can believe that!

Among other interesting offerings, a Dunhill with the tobacco chamber clearly cracked from the outside at two places; and a growth of what seemed to be mold all over the pipe. The pipe was said to be in "Mint" condition.

The worst??? No, that falcon is not the worst, that falcon was obviously HIS BEST smoker.

That one needs to be out of its misery. You could salvage the bowl, but the tube with holes is almost impossible to fix. Someone like that one, a lot.

That pipe has given someone a lot of good smokes, in order to achieve that "patina".

Used condition a few chips around the rim,the stem is a bit grubby and there is a small dent the mouth piece is marked please see photos

I bought a French made Edwards that had a cracked shank, cobwebs in the bowl, and the airway was plugged with wood, possibly a toothpick. It cleaned up nicely, and is one of my favorite hack around pipes. But I don't think I would try and tackle that Falcon.
