Right-handed. I am changing hands all the time, but feeling more naturally when a pipe is in my left hand and therefore goes to the left side of my mouth.

I am left handed so my pipe is always in the right side of my mouth. This leaves my left hand free for surfing the net, lighting my pipe and what ever else.
I am a weird lefty in that I play tennis lefty, shoot basketball lefty, play golf righty, bat righty, play street hockey righty, lacrosse righty, kick field goals or punts righty and my better foot in soccer is my right. When I first took up golf as a kid my first set of cubs was lefty but I soon switched to righty.

Left. I'm right handed but I "suffer" from left hand domination. I also read, many years and years ago, that it was "proper" for a gentleman to hold his pipe in his left hand, much like holding a drink, in order to have the right hand available to shake someone's hand. For whatever reason that stuck with me.

"I'm also right handed but smoke with my left hand. It keeps my dominant hand free to do other things."

"Forcefully made right handed, pipe hangs on left side."
I'm a natural lefty, but forced to throw with my right hand when I was a kid.

My pipes and all utensils are held in my left hand, and the pipe sits on the left side of my mouth.

My politics, however, are strictly far right.

I write right-handed and light my pipe with my right hand.
Everything else is left-handed.
Pipe is on the left in the mouth.

Right handed but pipe is usually on the left of my pie hole. Never really made a conscious effort, just turned out that way. Keeping the dominant hand free for tamping, lighting and other tasks seems like good logic.

I am left handed and hold the pipe with my left hand and on the left side of my mouth when smoking.

When I light up, I hold the match with my left hand, center the pipe in my mouth and hold it with my right hand.
As a kid, I played sports left handed, but when I played around on guitar, I did it right handed.
A little aside here; they make left handed guitars, but no other instrument has ever been made that way, that I know of. Never saw a left handed piano!

Right handed and right side of my mouth.
I hardly ever hold my pipe in my left.

Right handed. If I'm clenching the pipe is in the right side of my mouth, but I only clinch about 10-20% of the time. When I'm not clenching it varies. I try to hold it in different places because I heard moving it around helps avoid lip cancer.

I switch all the time. I move it between left and right sides of my mouth, between hands. It's probably 60-40 right-left, but it's real close. I'll have to pay attention next time.

I am right-handed, and I smoke on my left side. As stated above, I do the more dexterous activities with my right hand. Pipe feels wrong on the right side of my mouth.

Not only is my right hand working the lighter, but I am usually reserving it for turning a page or writing something down while I am smoking.
Very true.
I am Right Handed, Pipe is normally Left side. I consciously try to switch from time to time, have had some TMJ issues and don't want to tire out just one side of the jaw. That being said, if I eat candy, I always have an even number of pieces so I can have one for each side of my mouth.....so yea, a little odd. Pipe is, however, much more comfortable and natural on the Left side for whatever reason.
