It seems that Stg has changed the remaining Macbaren blends, for the worse. Just wondering if any place still has the previous version of Capstan Blue Flake ?

I would guess that the only way to get that is by pure chance.
You either stumble upon an etailer that doesn't sell too much Capstan Blue, or you find some in a B&M.

I seriously doubt it, but there are listings on Tinbids from time to time with some.
I have found a few on this fantastic forum.

Why chase Capstan Blue and pay exorbitant prices when there's better Virginia Flake available? Buy some F&T CVP from Nova. Vauen No 14 is better. F&T Vintage is better. The new Per Jensen Port Guardian is an excellent red virginia. Stop chasing something that is dead and gone.
Nova is a great place, my next order will probably be port guardian. I just heard Capstan had a unique topping, and figured I would look for some.
Not sure if you're still looking but there's currently a 5pack of Mac Baren made Capstan Blue on tinbids and the current bidding is less than retail of the STG made.
