The cell towers will broadcast it for 30 minutes. It should only hit your cell phone once but will give you additional alerts if you change cell towers.

Nothing happened here. I know I kept my old phone and an old pick-up truck for a reason. Not having the ‘latest & greatest’ tech sometimes is a Big advantage IMO.

I was warned about this on the late news last night, but apparently none of the appropriate devices were on here, so we missed it completely. Missed this. About lost my mind last week when I got some @#@!@# alert on my phone about covid vaccination. Couldn't figure out how to turn it off and had to listen to the entire message. Gotta love big brother having access to our lives.

I got a notification from Apple that wasbgoing to happen but I have my EAS phone setting turned off and we had severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings roll though at the same time.
