Title edited for caps and meaning.
I've been getting this weird feeling in my throat for the past couple of months, sort of like a pill in my throat mixed/getting choked up/being strangled (very, very lightly at that) and decided to take a trip to the ENT. After shoving a camera in my nose and then down my throat he told me I had globus sensation, which is a tightness of muscles around the esophagus/trachea. Not dangerous or deadly just uncomfortable. I've noticed that when I drink any caffeine or consume any nicotine it heightens the symptoms. Any other smokers here have this and have you found that smoking makes it worse/better? In general, have you found anything that relieves it?
