I just checked, the hump on the top of the fuselage is indeed meant to be there.

But still no explanation for the odd engine set up.

It was the disporportionately large size of the port landing wheels that I noticed first, then the port engine.

Do people really still stow themselves away in aeroplane landing gear wells, after there have been so many stories of people attempting to do so, freezing to death in mid-flight?

Strikes me as an interesting way to dispose of the body of a murder victim.

Here is the first flight video from Boeing showing the building and flight of the 787-10 ... seen from many angles ... if this helps in any way ... other videos in column to right. Doesn't really seem to be the same plane to me but I don't fly if I don't have to ...

Thats Cool!

I bet they use it to scan on the approach for the arrival gate that’s
farthest from your connecting flights departure gate 😂

I've mentioned this before, but in the 80s, I worked briefly for a NGO in El Salvador - basically an extension of some black Ops that were going on (that was my suspicion anyway). I got to know some unusual people - I can't really say they were CIA but my doppelgänger would suggest that was the case - at any rate, a few malcontents mysteriously were found dead in the wheel wells of commercial aircraft - and the scuttlebutt from the unusual people was they were put there as a way to give them their last ride. I still have recurring dreams from that time - none of them good.

Plus it’s a United flight so their luggage is probably still at their departure gate
You got that right. United seems to have a habit of leaving luggage at the departure airport. It’s happened to me more than once—never on any other US-based carrier, I might add. That’s why I avoid flying the friendly skies unless I have no other choice.
