Anyone Heard of a Meerschaum Carver Named "Luccieanno"?

I just purchased a copy of a 1995 book, "Pappa Luccieanno's Guide to Modern Day Meerschaum Pipes." Unlike other books discussing antiques, Antion Luccieanno, it seems, was an ardent collector of both antique and Turkish meerschaums, and he wrote this book, with b/w photos, on the latter. He also describes carving them and selling at Renaissance Faires (he doesn't say how he obtained his meerschaum, only that it was Turkish block), with his wife and eldest son apparently involved and them making the stems and cases. I understand from the book, which pictures a few of his, that they are signed.

Has anyone here come across one of these?

Thank you for the details! His little book is interesting. Has some typos and quirks, but it's rather cool just the same.
