Anyone have any experience with Mr Snuff?

I hear the bullets give small doses or so some snuffers have said on the snuff house forum. So I went with this tin as I can choose how large or small of an amount to take. It opens easy to refill and I just use an old baby spoon to fill it.

I ordered a couple snuff spoons from this website and after a month had not received anything. I got in contact and was told by the owner to wait a bit longer as it was still in transit. After not receiving my parcel after two whole months i got in contact again and was told to check with my local post office. I did this and with no luck got in contact with the owner again which is when he stopped replying.
A refund or reshipment would have been what any business with the slightest bit of integrity would have done.
