Anyone From Ottawa, Ont Canada?

There hasn't. 8O There was an active pipe club in Ottawa about 10 years ago, but nothing that I know of right now. I did meet up with Canasianpiper once for a box pass last year, but I haven't heard from him since. I'm still open for a meetup at some point, but I'm on the road a lot for work. The weeks tend to fly by.

Just created an account because of this thread! I live in Ottawa now, originally from Anahiem California. If this Ottawa club has been working out I'd love to get in on it. All of my smoking buddies are in California.

My problem is the hour drive to Ottawa. Well, not so much the drive there as the drive back after a couple of drinks.

Welcome aboard smokeaway. There are some great forum members from Ottawa. If you ever get down to the GTA holler this way. Our Oshawa club meets monthly, on the last Thursday of the month.

Just made an order from Boswell including a pipe and i don't think I want to bring that baby outside.
Since there is a no smoking in the house rule, I need to find a place to smoke.
I heard there is a bar in the Lac Lemay Casino where you can smoke, we could do something there.

Just wanted to chime in since I just registered and likewise live in Ottawa (Orleans)...brand spanking new to pipe smoking and looking forward to learning from the locals!

Well I'm not a big knowledge hub, but I do live in Orleans and have a few tobaccos if you want to do a smoking evening, I'm always down!

I would look forward to that but tempted to wait until the snow is gone and the sun is shining! That, and almost all my pipes (6 of them), are currently under restoration right now.

I'm on the east end of Ottawa, both my wife and I are pipe smokers (her less often then me) we would love to meet up with other local people for a pipe club!
