Anyone Else Smoke Wally Frank Pipes?

Hey All! Check out my new (to me) Wally Frank Algerian DeLuxe. Found it on Ebay for less than a Grant. It's almost new, been hardly smoked.
It's been outstanding and the best smoker I've got so far. I'm slowly gonna start building my own collection in order to maybe re-retire most of my Grandpa's pipes. Who knows.
Anyway, if any of you have some Wally Franks and/or can share info, I'd sure like to see it.

Surely do ! Ebay is a great place to find them. I believe they had their store in NYC back in the day.

Wally Frank used to be quite a large importer and retailer of pipes which were private labeled for them. Lots of French and Italian pipes. English pipes too, I suppose. They also worked with American manufacturers for private label pipes. WF was based in NY and in the old days there were several manufacturers in the NY metro area who did private label work. In my view, If you know how to pick em, you can acquire some good pipes with the Wally Frank brand.

I like my WF pipes. One of my better smokers is a French Red Root prince. No pics sadly.

Sure. I used to receive their catalog since the early 80's until the last one when they changed for the Finck's catalog. Many good mid priced pipes. The white bar very good. The LTD it was almost sure to have one or two fills. The stems very comfortable...just like the Webers.
