Yep. I remember my first lay also. I was 14 and she was 17. I think she took advantage of me. :rofl:

OK Pappymac, which icebreaker were you on and were the roaches really bad?
I was aboard a 255 out of Seattle at about that time and remember smoking a half bent apple from the old Pipelane store located in downtown near the Frederick & Nelson's while on an Alaska fisheries patrol.
The pipe was a Christmas present from my lovely wife and I still have it (and the wife too!).

Iraisch, I was on the Staten Island (WAGB-278) from April 1972 until July 1974. Arctic Summer West, Arctic Winter West and Deep Freeze '73.

I had a bent Grabow.
We did a short yard period right after I reported aboard and we didn't have any roaches that I remember.
