Anyone Comissioned a Custom Made Pipe Cabinet?

In prep for my PAD to kick in, anyone had a custom made cabinet done and anything I should consider having included?

Make sure it is going to be big enough for a growing collection. I made a basic cabinet and its already too small.

I have a friend building me a cabinet right now. He just turned 96 so it might be a while before it's ready. I'll show it here when it's done

Two Cousins did a fine job for me. I asked for an "old barn wood" look, and they did that one and

another more conventional one and sent me both pictures and gave me my choice, and I went with

the barn wood, which is my central "altar" of pipes. It has a nice drop front compartment, which takes

less room than a drawer, that holds a number of tins. Great work, helpful folks, reasonably prompt and

willing to pick up on your ideas. My wife gave me a gift certificate and the cousins took it from there.

I'd like to make a rack or cabinet for my larger pipes. It seems like the standard spaces in premade pipe racks are basically the same size. If you try to place two large pipes next to each other, they don't fit very well.
