I like to view the forums by “New Posts” and there are some sub-forums I’m not particularly interested (though I’m glad that guys have a place to discuss them here). Is there a way to make it so these sub-forums don’t appear in my “New Posts”?
That sounds ominous, like you become one with the forum. Some day you will get to the status where you spend enough time in here, that all notifications get turned off.
I misread your post as "Food posts aren't that annoying", just realized. I think you're a 5 star and meant no offense. My food posts aren't that annoying.
You’re a mod bro. Isn’t that like the cops putting 911 on silent mode? Some day you will get to the status where you spend enough time in here, that all notifications get turned off.
Not when im on here all day long. Plus the only alerts I need are the reportsYou’re a mod bro. Isn’t that like the cops putting 911 on silent mode?

No worries. I sometimes delete out of context posts with gratuitous gross humor.I misread your post as "Food posts aren't that annoying", just realized. I think you're a 5 star and meant no offense.
This is an excellent thought. Thanks! It doesn't quite solve it for me as I want to still see every new post in those watched forums and not just new threads in the watched forum.I had the same issue. What I did was, instead of blocking what I did not want to see, I "watched" the forums that I did want to see, I then choose "watched forums" from the forums drop down, and look at the new threads there, instead of just looking at all new posts.
