The Mylar bags that were used last time were Mylar with zip top. Very robust. No machines needed.

I personally would advocate against tins.
I'm happy with whatever, but FWIW, I'll second ashdigger's suggestion -- the zip top mylar bags. Magnitudes more robust than ziploc (both walls and zip), and we'll use space in the box far more efficiently than if we try to arrange tins in there.

As for minimum requirements, again I'll go with whatever -- part of me wants to be a little stricter, like one year and 200 posts, and part of me wants to leave it at the forum requirements for selling (which I think is 4 months and 100 posts?). I'm content with whatever you decide.
