I'm not sure on retail pricing but as Jim said discounts reduced. I know some were 40 and 50% off with essentially an additional free tin when buying 9+. If I was low on Fredder's or Louisiana Broken I'd still buy them now. For giggles last month vs. now small reference:
____________________________________________________ 6/11/2020 -vs.- now
10 x HU-tobacco Louisiana Broken 100g Tin _______ $133.46 $186.84
2 x HU-tobacco AL Fayyum 100g Tin ______________ $ 36.08 $ 38.86
1 x Capstan Original Navy Cut Flake 450g Econ. ___ $ 56.17 $ 57.35
2 x HU-tobacco Old Fredder's Broken Flake 100g __ $ 26.97 $ 37.76

Summary: Buy now. It is not like tobacco has a use by date, the opposite, it generally gets better! So instead of keeping your money in the bank getting nearly zero interest, buy, buy, buy :)

"See Mrs. kg.legat0 --I NEED MORE FLAKES!" ...I think it's working...

...good point though, I have seen tobacco prices rise in just the couple years I've been smoking a pipe...

I was waiting for something to get back in stock a while back before I placed an order. Should have placed an order regardless. Does anyone know if the “sale” or “discount” will come back? The price change is not massive, but that $40 or so of shipping doesn’t look any better now.

I don’t know when or if Estervals will discount HU again but there are still many good deals there. Capstan is still a bargain and many of the Dan tobaccos are heavily discounted. St Bernard Flake, Holly’s Discovery, and the Ascanian blends are all worth trying and, as far as I know, unavailable in the US.
