Lovely picture. If I had any criticism, it would be that it needs more biomechanical demons munching the viscera of the innocent, but it's great without it too.

I don't know about My mother-in-law, but my house has an honest-to-god seance room on the third floor, to the point of actually being called out as such in the blueprints from 1907.

If you want a good read this Halloween season, you should give "Fall of the House of Usher" a chance. I teach it to my students and they enjoy the way the house is personified. Your drawing made me think of it; well done on that by the way. You are very talented.
