Damn it telescopes. Now that I see this photo, did you try the oxtail dish in Spain? Oxtail is a typical Cordovan stew consisting of oxtail stew. I did indeed. I visited a horse stable ranch where they trained those famous horses and we stopped at a nearby winery and had ox tail soup.
