It was only when I was well into adulthood that I actually ate and enjoyed liver.

The missus used to make a gorgeous liver & bacon casserole (home grown lamb's liver & smoked streaky bacon were a must) and I was hooked. Served with creamy mash it was a great winter warmer.

The only other offal I'll eat is kidney.
