check out some of the french makers on Smoking Pipes , chacom, ropp, Butz choq. I saw some in that similar shape.

Ashton, Mastro de Paja, and Rossi all make pipes in this general configuration, as does Butz-Choquin and Chacom. 'Depends which aspects of the pipe you like -- size, weight, finish, bowl size, or whatever.
