Welcome from The Great State of TEXAS! Went and looked at that Tortuga, nice choice on a pipe. I would look for some Mixture 79 by Sutliff for a starter, for a Aromatic blend, little hard to get started but after it dries some it is a great smoke.

Thanks for the suggestion and tip on the tobacco, I'll be trying that.
