Episodes 1 - 150 have not had a way to be played here on the site for years. Podcast apps do not display past the last few hundred shows, and we're about to release episode 554 tomorrow night.
The Pipes Magazine Radio Show started on September 20, 2012. We had a Flash-based pop-up player for the first 150 shows. Flash started to phase out in 2017, but we were so far down the road from using that player I never thought about it until a few months ago when Brian and I were told by new listeners that they wanted to hear the early shows.
I had to manually add the code that runs the current modern player to each of the 150 episodes one at a time.
Project status: Completed.
That was a trip down memory lane. Some of the interviewees are no longer with us, some are not in the business anymore, and some of them are ten years older.
