I fell in love with the plug.
GLP Jackknife has my heart.
I have since bought 3P's and GLP Tripleplay.
Recommend me some plugs to buy, either ones you have tried or cellared. I'm looking for more!
Blend types don't matter too much. I have yet to see a plug that includes latakia. I prefer VA/Bur/DF.

Sam Gawith's Full Virginia plug, Kendal plug and St James plug are worth a look if you like Va and VaPer blends.
If you like GH blends then Dark plug is a lovely and unscented

Along with the 3 excellent choices you listed. I smoke:

Five O Clock Shadow

Kajun Kake

Briar Fox
I believe these are listed as crumble cakes but I’ve noticed if you let them age for a while they turn into plugs.

I recently opened a tin of Kajun Kake from 2013 that I had to slice with a knife! Good stuff!

You might try WarHorse Bar. It's a little soft compared with British made plugs, but it's a great smoke that also packs a punch.
Here's the result of a quick search I did at Tobacco Reviews:
http://www.tobaccoreviews.com/search#q=plug
Most of these are either out of production or not imported to the US, but you might find some that you can order and try out.

I've got a tin of FVF so I'll try that. I'm a huge VA fan so I don't think it will be a problem.
I'm pretty new to pipe smoking, but was a on/off cigarette smoker and chewing tobacco for about 6 years. Had smoked a pipe in college for a few months, but it was just some aromatics and had no real idea what I was doing.

I haven't tried too many blends but my nicotine tolerance is quite high. The GH Dark plug sounds right up my alley, if it's anything similar to Jackknife, I love that flavor.
Thanks for the tip sablebrush
I forgot that tool existed.
I'll take a look at that list!

Good stuff mentioned above.
The plugs (also cakes, etc) that I have cellared very deeply are:

-GLP JKP

-GLP Gaslight

-Dan Tobacco Salty Dogs

-Peterson 3 Ps

-SPC Mississippi River

-SPC Plum Pudding Special Reserve
Also; Peter Heinrich’s Curly Block. Not technically a plug, but in the same family.
I don’t cellar War Horse Plug, but it’s good! I

I can’t add to the already really good suggestions except for 1:
C&D Oak Alley
I love that stuff. It’s part of their cellar series but I find it a damn good blend fresh.

Dan Tobacco: Salty Dogs.
Dan Tobacco's Salty Dogs is, as its name implies, a classic Navy-style plug: Virginias and a pinch of Perique, flavored with rum, and pressed tight into hard, pocket-sized blocks that would keep long, survive indelicate handling, and could be cut into slices whenever there was a moment's rest.
I don't care for it, but others love it...

My first plug was Triple Play, which after a bit of learning was a happy experience indeed. I've just been given a C&D sample plug from the Chicago Show by Forums member Scot, Dreams of Kadath. This has responded excellently to a bit of drying and grating in a little grater my wife bought online for me. This is complex, nuanced and of good strength and includes burley and Katerini. An elegant smoke for sure, and an exciting refinement in the C&D line. Nice.

Going to open the 3P's once I get a jar free.
I've got a tin of Briarfox back in the USA

Salt Dogs sounds great---- I'm a big fan of SG Navy Flake, but it contains latakia instead of perique. I'll add this to my list!
I've looked over SPC MM and PP. Might pick one up sometime down the road. Heard good things for both though, but not a huge fan of latakia at the moment.

In addition to what already mentioned I would add Sam Gawith's Groosemoore if you want to try a Lakeland one.

Avoid Condor Plug as it has really gone to hell in a hand basket. War Horse Bar and War Horse Green are pretty popular. The Gawith's Rose Geranium Plugs are pretty decent and worth a look.

Have read that newly produced long cut is much closer to pre-polish Condor.

With that first Triple Play plug, I had to be advised to cut the slices across the grain of the layers to be sure to get the whole blend, I'm embarrassed to admit. I hope it would have occurred to me, but the Forums came to my rescue again. It smelled so good, I think I wasn't being so sensible.

@ bigpond thats very interesting about the Condor long cut. I have about thirty pounds of Warrior Plug so I am pretty set for a while.
