I've bought everything closer to home, though I love Al's site and his inventory, so inviting and intelligently designed. If people are buying high end pipes, that's the place to go, and of course his curvy pipes are legend. Now I learn he also does an elegant gift-wrapping. Those touches count. I do have a few gift pipes from Europe -- Holland and Austria.

Also, Al is famed on Forums for prompt delivery, sometimes better than delivery from domestic online retailers. People always speak of their good experience. Now that's a businessman in the best sense.
