Delta has the garage sale a few times a year. Unfortunately, it is not open to the public. I’m fortunate to know someone who works there. You might be able to call one of the airlines and ask if you could get a pass or something. I got mine for $125, a major bargain! But I had been there many times prior with no luck. Most are really crappy looking and beat up. The good ones online have big markups due to rareity of the item. I almost got into a verbal smack down with a lady over this unit. I won, she lost.

@peck - I’m pretty sure that Delta got rid of those flight attendants at previous sales... having had a chance to fly both United and Delta recently it appears that the cabin crew that remains after the last five rounds of collective bargaining are Jurassic.

The baking industry uses something slightly similar (a cart with shelves inside). I've never thought about storing pipes in there. Now that's repurposing!
