How old were you when you started smoking a pipe?
I was 14 but did not seriously start smoking a pipe until 16 to the amazement and mocking of my peers! Lol
Tobacco has been a part of my life from very early on. Began with cigs when I was 14. I did not begin a true love affair until my mid 30's with cigars. This grew into a full-blown passion embracing the pipe culture towards my late 30's. I've been going strong ever since.

50 going on 29! Broke off from Cuban cigars for a change now enjoy both pipes and non-Cuban cigars.
Cubans are too costly nowadays and really aren't that good!
I'm with you in that Cuban cigars are really not worthy of the price. There are so many more quality producers in the market today.

With pipes, I was 40. Came from cigars and on a whim bought a cob and 2oz each of Haunted Bookshop and Stokkebye English Luxury. Before that I was a cigar smoker. I got hooked on them in the War in my early to mid 20s. Before that, cigarettes from age 14 onwards.
