Rattrays (Hal O'The Wynd, Old Gowrie, Marlin Flake, Brown Clunee), Orlik, Samuel Gawith Best Brown, Golden Glow, and St. James), Wessex (especially tins that have some age on them).
Rub out, spread to dry. Don't pack too firm, and smoke slow.
It is okay to let a bowl of Virginia go out. You can relight it, even a few hours later.

I would add Christmas Cheer to the list, but try to get your hands on an older tin if you can, maybe 2008 or older. Let it sit for about a month after cracking the tin, then enjoy.
