That is an A.D.P. pipe. It looks shortened, maybe a break? Normally there would be an oval A.D.P.stamp on the shank. The silver ferrule is definitely Adolph Posener.
If you have the April issue of NASPC's The Pipe Collector, I have an article about the A.D.P. pipe in the magazine. I also posted a picture of my pipe in the thread about 19th. century pipes, April 2, 2020. Here's my pipe:

It fits the case perfectly, no breaks its the right case for pipe hasn't been shortend.
may be the photo makes it look like that.

I don't no weather they started putting the ADP on from 1910.
This is one pre 1910 aswell without the ADP on shank to. but just a guess.1897AAATOBACCONIST.jpg
