Cornell & Diehl ribbon. Gets better half way into the bowl. ymmv but I like it.

Early Morning Pipe contains red Virginia as one of its component tobaccos, and is a favorite but the thought never occurred to me to augment it with more. I have some McCranie's Owner's Choice (McClelland 5100) red Virginia that I will add to my next bowl.

yes I thought the same. Im no expert… let me know what you think. Perhaps I just like it a little sweeter.

Never thought of messing with EMP.
I've experimented with mixing random "crumbs" from open tins. Generally good for at least a small bowl because of the change-up for my palate.
But maybe the only one I've done more "on purpose" is giving a boring something (or one I'm fatigued with) a little flavor with a bit of Ennerdale. I appreciate it but only in small amounts, so I've used it that way more than once.
