Yep, I remember Felix's "magic bag". My kids and I love Felix toons, and the older Popeye. Modern cartoons are garbage in comparison IMO.

Still Have the felix the cat stuffed animal my dad bought me when my mom was pregant with me.

Hes Missing his bag of tricks and his bowtie but whatever hes getting passed down to my kids someday.
