DON'T let that cornsnake get loose your house, they can hide anywhere. We lost one for about a week before he got hungry and showed himself. Then, one of my daughters left the enclosure un-latched, it was in the garage on my workbench. He took off and was never seen again.

I've had a California Kingsnake, a couple corn snakes similar to yours, and a couple red tail boas. Snakes are fun. I've also had a couple iguanas (they're pretty fun too) and a few rats. Rats, believe it or not, are awesome pets, and very smart.

My lady has a pet mouse. I'm not a fan. Perhaps Judd would like to have him over for dinner?
Would like to mention, I'm proud of the mouse's name. I called him Nom Chompski.

We have a couple garter snakes (Robert and Brittany) plus a mountain horned dragon (Hi) and bearded dragon (Pongo). And mice. And fish and frogs and hermit crabs. And of course the dog. It's a freakin' zoo.

Does your forearm tattoo say ДРУЖБА (friendship)?
When my son lived at home he had various Garter Snakes & young Bull Snakes, which are the only two that live up here. He also had a menagerie of various reptiles & amphibians: Box Turtle, Leopard Salamander, a tree frog, Spring Peeper frogs, & Western Fence Lizards - all indigenous

That is a beautiful snake, and an excellent choice of tobacco. Hats off to you! And I hope you enjoy both.

My job in the military involved learning the Russian language, so I came by it that way.
Cool ... had a buddy that went to the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA with the Army also for Russian.
