Speaking of Debbie Harry, check out this interview she did on a TV show for kids after she was already famous.

Absolutely zero stage-y crap, narcissistic nonsense, self-promotion, or product promotion. Just the real deal. Who she really was when not performing or otherwise "on the job".

Utterly charming, imo:

Not much of a plot ... but ... pipes! The credits were interesting! I recognized a few names. And, special thanks to ... Phoebe Snow?
it was like an episode of dawsons creek. Seemed almost the first half of a hall mark afterschool special movie about suicide.

Phoebe Snow was supposed to be original actress slated for the part that Debbie Harry played. But she had a stroke a month or two before filming started and Debbie Harry took her place. I guess the special thanks were because of her recommending Blondie for the part as they were friends.

kwguy is correct about Renato. This film was shot at the Kaywoodie factory in Peekskill, NY. I believe it was way too much space considering the number of pipes produced. Bill then moved the operation to less expensive and somewhat smaller digs in New Windsor, NY.
