Last night I had a dream..In this dream I was driving down the road.I pulled off into a picnic area, and sat down at a table to have a smoke and enjoy the scenery.I reached into my pocket to get my pipe and it was broken in half. Then I woke up.It was only a dream.I just hope it isn't a symbol of some future event.

Dreams are a weird thing. It has been said that dreams are a way of working out problems that the conscious mind cant solve. I often have strange dreams where I know I am dreaming but still wont wake up. Could mean something, might not. I dont think its something well ever know or understand.

"To dream that you are smoking a pipe denotes knowledge or contemplation. Alternatively, it symbolizes comfort, relaxation, contentment and satisfaction with your waking life. If someone in your life smokes a pipe, then the dream symbol may serve as a reminder of him or her."
...but yours was broken, so I don't know what the hell that means, LOL! :nana:

Don't dreams sometimes mean the opposite? I thought I heard that somewhere. Perhaps, because in your dream your pipe broke, you're going to come into an awesome new pipe. That's just a theory. Could be that you're actually going to break your pipe  Just kidding, hopefully it was just a bad dream.

The only thing you need to worry about is if you are a person that actually experience deja-vu and if the pipe in your dream is actually a pipe in your collection. If it is and you've had deja-vu type experiences then watch out! Otherwise it was just a bad dream and all will be okay. LOL

I had a dream recently. Well, a nightmare, really. I was being chased by a trampling horde of empty, animated women's shoes.

I sought refuge in a B&M, where the clerk offered me a free bowl of FVF. When I finished the bowl I discovered it was safe to go home.

Interesting enough I had a dream last night that I was trying to go to a pipe shop and was not able to make it as I couldn't find my way there. I had a map but couldn't read the map and no matter what directions I got I never got anywhere close to the pipe shop. I woke up and was very frustrated and was wondering why I had a map and was not using the GPS app on my Droid phone.

I have had a recurring dream since I moved to Florida. It has me flying off the Skyway Bridge in my car and then falling until I wake up in a cold sweat. Every time I have to go over this damn bridge, I have two hands on the wheel and I am in the inside lane and my knuckles are white when I finally get over it. I don't know what it is about but I hate this freaking dream.

I went thru a stressful period as a young man and this happened quite often... a few times it was an uber bizarre experience, very frightening in fact.

Harris, I'm right there with you. I am afraid of heights and falling off a bridge into the water is a nightmare scenario in my mind. However I don't dream normally so it's good I don't live that in my dreams. That sounds like a scary bridge. Take a look at the Astoria bridge over the Columbia river between Wa. and Or. I always let my wife drive while I pull my hat over my eyes and take a nap.

Last night I had a horrible dream in which I had to eat a 20 pound marshmallow.
And when I woke up, my pillow was gone.
