I enjoy a nice peated scotch, a strong stout, and a bowl of VA. I don't generally drink during the work week but weekends are fair game. I've got a sizable bourbon collection but find that after drinking mainly bourbon for years before diving into scotch that if it's not an Islay scotch in my glass I usually prefer a rye whiskey nowadays. I'll have an occasional glass of wine if my wife opens a bottle but have never paired wine with tobacco.
