This is incredible.
I had a good friend whose son died in 2006. His son had kept his father’s pipes, as he had stopped smoking years ago – he’d smoke a pipe by inhaling fully. He then gave that glass-door, wall-hung pipe rack to me. There are 15 or so Magic Inch pipes in it. I looked unsuccessfully at the time, and we both thought the Magic Inch had long passed out of business. My friend died of pancreatic cancer six-months later.
Now I see Carey’s Magic Inch is still available. It was his favorite brand. I have never smoked one with its filter.
What a fun surprise.
